It is dedicated to the research and promotion of the varieties of vegetables, flowers and turf of high quality, as well as the development and application of agricultural materials. The company adheres to the principle of “Introduce and provide high quality seeds, seedlings, materials and services to the farmers and customers to green the earth and benefit mankind.” After some years of development, the company has achieved great performance. Now it has employees over one hundred, in which, there is 70%  specialty technicians who have gained Bachelor’s degree. In the course of  development, the company constantly lay stress on the personnel development and training, encourage them and provides chance for them to progress. Domestic Business Management Department: It is mainly in charge of promoting, sales, and after-sales of seeds, seedlings and agricultural materials in the domestic market (including Hong Kong and Macao). Besides, it is also responsible for the garden design and implementation, promotion and guidance of home gardening, as well as the storage and packing of general commodity in the company. 2. Production and Research Department: The main activities in the department include breeding, research, trial, and variety appraisement of vegetable and flowers. It is also engaged in seed production, training of technicians and its related activities. 3. Administration Department: It mainly deals with the activities of accounting, cashiering, general affairs, and information management in the company. 4. Subsidiary Management Department: It is mainly responsible for the management of nursery operations and other related business investments. With the head office located in Xiamen, Known-You Seed (China) Co., Ltd. has set up seven offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi’an, Chengdu, Changchun, and Wuhan and four research farms around the country.  Thereinto, the domination area of head office and offices includes: 1. Head office: Jiangxi province; Fujian province. 2. Changchun branch office: Heilongjiang province; Jilin province; Liaoning province. 3. Beijing branch office: Beijing province; Tianjin province; Hebei province; Shandong province; Neimenggu municipality. 4. Xi’an branch office: Xinjiang Weiwuer municipality; Ningxia Hui Nationality municipality; Gansu province; Shanxi province; Shanxi province; Qinghai province. 5.
